Pink Ribbon Problem Solvers (PRPS) started out of the encouragement of my Pastor, Overseer Thomas A. Pulliam, Sr. I enjoyed training and seeing other young women grow and change their lives by gaining IT certifications. In 2016, after receiving confirmation from Overseer Pulliam to pray about it, PRPS was born.
PRPS is dedicated to two women whose lives have been affected by Breast Cancer but have impacted the lives of many other women greatly, including my own.
In PRPS, part of our mission to reach out to single mothers and veterans, and help them to establish a stable foundation through Faith in God: obtaining technical certifications and gaining employment (self or otherwise) in order to successfully provide for their families and contribute to their communities.
Why Technology?
Technology is an ever-growing field. It is in the field of IT that the founder lead instructor, Barbara Gant, found a love she did not know she had for solving problems and securing data and networks. God used IT to bring elevation to Ms. Gant and her family- allowing her to purchase her first home after living in her car at one point in her life. There are many paths to one's freedom from debt and poverty. Technology was just one of the blessings that Ms. Barbara Gant was able to use as a stepping-stone. It is her goal to now educate and inform as many women as she can: and to empower them with choices! This is key!

The Purpose of PRPS is To encourage and motivate Breast Cancer Survivors, Veterans, Senior Citizens, and loved ones of survivors by empowering them through technical education and inspirational, life-giving fellowship.
We are a living, learning and thriving community of Breast Cancer Overcomers, Veterans and their supporters- determined to enjoy life and capitalize on the advancement of technology and various research techniques: all for free!
